Project Styling
To establish the visual identity of the project, a color palette was chosen based on the covers of Tyler, the Creator’s popular albums. One key color was selected from each album to reflect its aesthetic. Shades from the artist’s covers were identified using Adobe Color. The foundation of the palette comprised four of Tyler’s most popular albums, with one or two colors selected from each cover. Subsequently, all shades were integrated into a unified set used throughout the entire project. The visual style of the palette was refined and adapted to match the aesthetic of the artist’s album, «Call Me If You Get Lost.»
Arial Black was chosen for the text and graph labels, referencing the design of one of «Flower Boy’s» earliest and most popular albums, which lends the project a highly legible visual style for the musician’s fans.
