Goal and Positioning
The project’s goal is to help a person prepare for and navigate unfamiliar, everyday situations independently. «First Time» explains what will happen, what needs to be prepared, what questions to ask, and how to act when facing difficulties. The media addresses the reader who lacks prior experience in solving a specific problem.

Distribution Channels and Formats
The main channel is Telegram.
Telegram is suitable for the pilot: short instructions can be published without developing a website, and sections and a pinned post will help users find the relevant information. The choice of channel will be tested with the audience.
Formats: short tutorials, thematic sections, polls, and persistent navigation. To attract an audience, we plan to publish in partnership with student communities. The next phase of development involves a website with search functionality and an updatable archive of tutorials.
