Why This Product is Relevant and What It Is
«SVETETS» is a line of modular light fixtures featuring characters from Slavic folklore. It is the only modular lighting collection where every interchangeable module is hand-painted. Each character is tied to a specific region with a verified history. The ornamental elements of the character are derived from the area’s local code and its characteristics related to Slavic folklore. The user assembles and changes the combination themselves, choosing how the tradition lives in their home.

Agashka
Cobalt (Lead) — underglaze blue painting, the signature mark of Gzhel.
Light Blue — in Gzhel, the brushstroke moves from dark blue to light blue.
Pink — irony: the Agashka rose finally gets a pink color. This distinguishes it from competitors with classic blue-and-white Gzhel.
Knight
Soot (Lead) — a black Gorodets horse; it is recognizable by its black silhouette.
Yellow — the bright yellow background of Gorodets boards, which substitutes for gold here.
Pink — the rose bushes and bathing costumes surrounding the horse.
Light Blue — the blue blossoms in bouquets and the Volga River, on whose bank Gorodets stands.
Sirin
Vermilion (dominant) — red is the primary color here; it is used for the wings and clothing.
Emerald — the green shoots surrounding the Sirin, a paradise garden.
Yolk — a warm «gold» without actual gold, the light of a heavenly bird.

Fixture Components
Base (Ø160×45) — made from solid beech or birch. It is turned on a lathe or CNC milled: it features a cavity for the steel weight, a socket for the flange, and a channel for the wire. The finish is oil and wax.The pipe flange is 3D printed in PETG and glued into the wooden base.The module shells are printed using natural PETG: hollow, with 2 mm walls. These are then sanded, primed, and hand-painted.Flat parts (petals, wings, curls, base plate) are also printed in 5 mm thick PETG.Purchased components include the polycarbonate tube, 24V neon, power supply unit, weight, washers, and ring.
Volumetric Modules (hollow shells, 2 mm PETG printed):
Spheres S80, S95, S110;Head G105;
Drop K115 for «Agashka»;
Cone-dress Kn140 for «Sirin»;
Planter pot Ksh175 for «Kony»;
Core Y60 for all three characters: it is hidden behind the flower and supports it. The core height is unique for each character: 65, 45, and 50 mm.

The modular assembly allows the lamp to be constructed in various ways without significantly altering the character’s overall aesthetic.

Fixture Base Cost
The wooden dome base, crafted from laminated birch plywood and hand-turned, costs approximately 4,500 ₽. The laser-cut steel weight is about 950 ₽, and the brass fitting is 600 ₽. An M10×1 tube with nut and bushing is around 650 ₽. The E14 socket, G45 LED bulb, and cord with foot switch together cost approximately 850 ₽. Cork washers are 100 ₽, and assembly and electrical inspection are 500 ₽. The total base cost is 8,150 ₽.
Cost of Luminaire Modules
Approximately 3.3 kg of PLA plastic is used for all modules, including supports and waste. The lampshade (about 800 g) and the bottom cube (about 680 g) are the heaviest components. The face weighs about 375 g, the baluster about 340 g, the three beads together about 240 g, the bird body about 230 g, the sphere about 180 g, and the wings about 150 g. The plastic costs 1,800 ₽ per kilogram, totaling about 5,950 ₽. Printer operation for about 70 hours at 60 ₽ per hour (electricity and wear) adds 4,200 ₽. Post-processing—which includes support removal, sanding, and priming—costs about 3,000 ₽. The total cost for the modules is 13,150 ₽.
Screen printing. The work takes about 6 hours and costs 400 ₽ per hour, totaling 2,400 ₽. Acrylic paint and matte varnish cost approximately 1,200 ₽. The stencil set for the character costs about 3,000 ₽, but it is calculated for a run—for 30 light fixtures, the cost per unit is 100 ₽. The total cost for printing is 3,700 ₽.
Cost of Goods Sold
The direct cost is calculated from the base, modules, paint, and packaging, totaling 26,000 ₽. To this, overhead costs of 15% are added (workshop, printer wear, defects), which amounts to approximately 3,900 ₽. The total cost of goods sold comes out to about 29,900 ₽.
Price with Minimum Markup.
I set the minimum markup at 20%: anything less would not cover the risks or leave room for development. The price before tax is approximately 35,900 ₽. With the self-employed tax of 6%, the retail price for the «Siren» torso is about 38,000 ₽.
