Concept
Growy is a service for finding design internships and preparing for application rounds. It helps users locate suitable opportunities and learn more about companies' requirements by drawing on the experiences of candidates who have already been accepted. The keychain translates the service’s visual identity into a physical format. It is designed as merchandise for student designers—a small accessory that can be attached to keys or clipped onto a bag or backpack. The main design element is the GROWY logo, integrated into a sleek, elongated body with rounded corners. The simple form puts the focus squarely on the service’s name.

Material
PETG was selected for the housing construction. This plastic is suitable for FDM 3D printing. It allows for the reproduction of the housing’s volume and the logo’s contouring, matching the existing 3D model. It is appropriate for producing prototypes and small batches.A standard metal snap ring is provided for mounting, which passes through a hole in the side of the housing.

How to make a keychain
The proposed casing manufacturing technology is FDM 3D printing using PETG.1. Verify the model geometry, casing dimensions, and logo placement.2. Refine the hole diameter and select a suitable metal ring.3. Export the model in STL format or another format agreed upon by production.4. Manufacture the casing using a 3D printer and check the surface quality, logo outline, and mounting strength.5. Install the metal ring and check the connection.
