The article is about my great-grandfather, Nikolai Nikolaevich Spiridonov—a veteran of the Great Patriotic War. During the war, he liberated the village of Alexandrovskaya. That is why the article was published in the «Alexandrovsky Vestnik.» It was written to inform local residents about this WWII hero and to preserve the memory of Nikolai Nikolaevich, thanks to whom people now live in the village.
