Deftones: Poster and Flyer
Two pieces for one group in different formats. The first is a conceptual concert poster: I imagined how an announcement for a Deftones performance in Saint Petersburg might look. The second is a wall poster using the same visual concept, but without the informational block—just imagery.
I based the design on a black-and-white filter: the group’s music evokes a dark, heavy feeling in me, and color would have interfered with that mood. For the background, I used animals from their album covers. This is part of the band’s symbology—it’s how fans recognize their own.
