«What if two things can be happening inside you at the same time?»
(История о том, как два чувства научились работать вместе)
CONCEPT
Once, a girl named Mira falls asleep and is magically transported to her own factory of feelings, where she discovers the enterprise is constantly glitching and dispensing mixed emotions instead of pure feelings. Mira and the employees are in shock as they try to fix the perpetual malfunctions, only to realize that sometimes feelings cannot—and should not—be separated.
RELEVANCE
The market features books that teach children to recognize and discuss emotions. The «Factory of Impossible Feelings» project offers a narrower artistic focus—exploring mixed emotions through a unified fantasy world, a narrative adventure, and the visual metaphor of a factory. The project does not rely on a ready-made catalog of emotions to check against; instead, it proposes that by examining real-life situations woven into a magical world, we can derive a rule: different feelings can coexist within us simultaneously, and you do not have to eliminate one to be entitled to another.

The primary book format is vertical, emphasizing the scale of the mechanisms and the factory itself. As the emotional intensity builds, the spreads become increasingly dense and complex, but at the end, the composition settles into a calm, airy, and simple feel.

PEERS AND COMPETITORS
Original size 1657x875
Our core competitive advantage: «The Factory of Impossible Feelings» offers not a separate catalog of emotions or disconnected stories, but a cohesive fantasy narrative whose rules can be applied in a vast number of life situations, while maximally narrowing the focus to the perception and handling of complex, mixed feelings and emotions in children.
PROMOTION STRATEGIES
Submissions to the publishers «Samokat» and «Polyandria.» Thematic merchandise: postcards and a card game where players mix emotions, invent what results, and match those mixed feelings to a real-life situation experienced by a child.
