AERA FLOW — a sports bag that unites functionality, comfort, and the aesthetics of everyday movement. This piece is designed for young women who lead an active lifestyle and is perfect for gym sessions, short trips, and daily city commutes. A soft cylindrical silhouette, geometric stitching, and extended handles form a recognizable look that balances athletic practicality with feminine elegance. The denim texture adds a tactile quality to the bag, and the embroidered Aera logo serves as a subtle visual accent.

The project includes one model in a uniform size and material, presented in seven colorways. The color line includes four shades: • Butter Yellow — pastel yellow; • Lavender — purple; • Chocolate — chocolate brown; • Powder Blue — soft blue.

The project features one AERA FLOW sports bag model, which has a soft cylindrical body, rounded end pieces, and two long handles for carrying by hand or over the shoulder.

The main compartment closes with a zipper. The design incorporates a separate side pocket for shoes, external and internal pockets for organizing personal items, and an attachment point for securing it to a suitcase handle.

The body is made of denim fabric with decorative geometric stitching. The front features embroidery of the Aera name in a script font.

The body consists of a main cylindrical piece and two circular ends. One of the ends features a zippered entry into the shoe compartment. An internal textile pouch separates the footwear from the other belongings.An exterior pocket is located on the front, integrated into the geometric lining. The handles are reinforced additionally at their attachment points.

Main processing points: • Body and edges — seam allowances with closed hems. • Main and foot sections — zipper closures. • Handles — multilayered, with reinforced attachments. • Lining — connection to the body, internal pockets. • Decor — geometric topstitching and Aera machine embroidery.

One-size fit: Length — 45 cm, Height — 25 cm, Width — 25 cm. Permissible stitching deviation — ±1 cm.Main material — denim. The inner lining is a dense, smooth polyester fabric that is resistant to abrasion and easy to care for. A soft padding material is used to maintain the three-dimensional shape and decorative quilting.Additional components include zippers, sewing and embroidery thread, sealant, edging tape, the brand label, and a tag.

First, the denim, lining, and padding materials are cut. Geometric topstitching is applied to the outer pieces, and the Aera logo is embroidered.

Next, the pockets, handles, and shoe compartment are constructed, zippers are installed, and the cylindrical body is assembled. In the final stage, the lining is sewn in, internal seams are finished, and the product undergoes a quality inspection.

Before launching the line, the strength of the handles, the function of the zippers, capacity, and shape retention are tested.
