The tapestry evolved from my typeface project Shepchet.
At the core of the typeface was my personal sense of a whisper—something delicate, flowing, and ephemeral. The glyphs are composed of faces assembled from typographical symbols.
The ribbon antique, born from the intertwining of ribbon strokes, is embodied here in the very weaving of threads. Large, high-contrast characters retain the typeface’s character when translated into fabric.
