«Corport» — corporate trainingMy thesis project is «Corport,» a corporate training school. This is a real startup that I am developing outside of the university.
Target Audience and Cast Development
My target audience is HR professionals in companies with at least 50 employees.
Industries that fit me:Logistics companies
Retail
Distribution
Leasing
Service companies
Consulting
Banks
Universities (admissions committees)
Factories and enterprises (management training)
Questions for Cast Dev
— Does your company have an HR department?— Who manages the onboarding process for new employees after they start working?— Have you implemented internal training programs within your team?— Is proficiency in AI important for employees in your field?— If an employee lacks the necessary AI skills, how does management respond?— How much do you consider an appropriate annual budget for employee training?— If you were looking to find employee training, where would you look?— If you visited a training website, what would you look for first?
Insights from Cast Devises
First, they look within their existing team. Or they seek someone from a related company.
— If such a person isn’t available, they turn to external searching and AI tools. What is needed is a mentor—someone who will support and guide, not just instruct.
— This means the instructor’s personality is crucial. The issue is that the company lacks the budget for training. It would be beneficial, but there is no money.
— Companies need to understand that training their team saves money on hiring. The format can be entirely remote—pre-recorded courses, quizzes, etc.
Objections from CastDevs
Through cast development, I understood the specific objections arising from my target audience.
I prepared convincing responses to these objections and added them to a special «Q&A» section on the landing page.
«An employee within our company could conduct the training.» «It would be useful, but we don’t have the budget.» «What if the employees learn the material and then leave the company?» «What if our company has a super-specific focus?»
Our trainings are customized for each company. The curator will first ask you a series of questions, and then we will tailor the learning program specifically for your needs.
Cover Design Goal: Establish the theme and direction of the conversation through benefit and outcome.
Formulate the topic around the value or result for the audience, rather than the product name.
The cover should answer the question: «Why should I keep listening?»
If all other slides were removed, the benefit of the conversation should be clear from this screen alone.

How are we different from the competition?
Our focus is extremely narrow: only foundational AI skills for employees. This makes us the most suitable option for AI training. We select instructors individually.
We conduct training with an emphasis on practice, using real-world case studies. We create a curriculum specifically tailored to the client company.
Why this specific niche
It truly meets the needs of the target audience
All HR managers and leaders want their employees to be proficient in AI (I gathered this from case studies)I am far from being an expert in this niche
This will allow me to fully transfer the training to other people without compromising the product myselfThis is a growing market

Advancement
We work in the B2B sector—meaning «business to business.» This means the best strategy is to find decision-makers in companies and write directly to them.If someone is interested, we will go through several stages of closing the deal, which I have outlined in Miro. This approach is called Account-Based Marketing and is a very common and effective strategy.
Identity
When designing for this project, I needed to showcase the technological sophistication of our product. Therefore, I chose a strict style featuring colored badges and schematic icons.
Recurring stylistic elements include: — Icons — Badges with unique shapes — Dividers — Typography — Color palette
