Мы vs алгоритм
Медиа о микротрендах (контент-план)
Media Concept
Every week, a new aesthetic, item, makeup look, meme, song, or lifestyle emerges on the feed. The user sees the finished result but doesn’t understand the mechanism behind its appearance and spread. The media’s goal is to help people navigate rapidly changing internet culture—to understand the origin, meaning, and life cycle of microtrends—not just to consume them, but also to help them follow and participate in them if they are immersed in the industry.
Thematic Plan

Since the media focuses on rapidly evolving phenomena, the entire content should not be tied to specific trends in advance. It is better to keep the monthly themes constant and select specific case studies immediately before publication based on what is currently gaining popularity.
Additionally, each month should alternate between short observations, visual collections of recurring motifs, and more in-depth analyses. This way, the content plan will align with our main advantage—“Us vs. the Algorithm”—which combines immediacy, visual analysis, and explanation of cultural context.
Content Samples

text + photo carousel (explanations, memes, and other visuals)
text + ai + collage

text + test // text + audio files (songs)
text + 2 comparative photo cards

text + collage // images + test

Text + images + infographics (optional)
Media content is built around the analysis of internet trends, visual aesthetics, and their influence on daily life. The core strategy is to explain the complex mechanisms of internet culture through familiar phenomena, combining entertaining and educational content.
The publications utilize relevant memes, recognizable imagery, provocative headlines, and visual comparisons to capture attention and encourage sharing.
Telegram was chosen as the primary platform due to its capability to combine various formats: text posts, photo carousels, infographics, audio clips, and polls. Content will be published regularly within monthly thematic blocks. Comments, reactions, and votes will allow subscribers to engage in discussions about trends.
Thus, the media does not merely report on trends—it invites the audience to critically examine their own interactions with algorithms.
