The night window—a border between home and nature: the lace of a skirt and sheer knitwear meet the giant mottled chestnut leaves afflicted by moth. Damp, over-processed photography with flash contrasts the warm interior with the cold darkness of the garden, and the body either hides behind the foliage or merges with it. The series investigates the interaction between dwelling and environment—how nature intrudes upon private space through an open frame, blurring the boundary between domestic comfort and the anxious life of plants.
