Nostalgia as a sun-drenched frame of memory: a heroine in a Soviet tracksuit, high heels, and a cigarette returns to the empty night playground of her childhood. The collision of eras is frozen in fallen leaves—the place remains, the childhood has passed.
The project explores nostalgia as a distorted, overly vivid memory—like something viewed through overexposed film. The protagonist returns to the space of childhood, to the playground, but her appearance doesn’t fit any age or season: a tracksuit with a late-Soviet-era print coexists with heels and a cigarette. Thus, epochs and roles collide—Soviet childhood meets adult nightlife, the space of play confronts the space of solitude. The deserted nighttime playground and fallen leaves become a metaphor that the location remains the same, but childhood is already gone.
