The tapestry is based on my poster for the «Native» open call. By transferring the graphic composition to textile, I explore how the change in material alters the perception of the image. Lines and color fields gain texture and physical presence, transforming from flat graphic design into a tactile object. For me, this is a way to preserve the original concept while simultaneously uncovering new meanings through the interaction of color, material, and form.
