Photography Project: 18th-Century Architecture in St. Petersburg

Photo project dedicated to the 18th-century architectural heritage of St. Petersburg. Through a series of seven photographs, I explore the historical appearance of the city, paying attention to the building details, their forms, ornamentation, and atmosphere. The project includes locations such as the Grand Gostiny Dvor, Silver Rows, the Stroganov Palace, and other architectural landmarks. Each photograph is accompanied by a brief description that reveals the history and unique characteristics of the chosen location. The goal of the project is to showcase the beauty of historic architecture and to learn to notice the details that often go unseen in everyday urban life.
