FORM & COLOR — a conceptual brand for designer home objects, inspired by the creative work of Josef Albers and his studies on the interaction between color, form, and visual perception. The project evolved from the academic work «ALBERS. Form. Color. Perception, ” which focused on developing an exhibition space. The central idea behind the new brand is to translate artistic experimentation from the gallery into everyday life. The collection features lamps, sculptural vases, wall clocks, and mirrors, all united by geometry, expressive color combinations, and contemporary materials.
SOURCE PROJECT — ALBERS
The exhibition project «ALBERS. Form. Color. Perception» served as the starting point for creating FORM & COLOR. In this new concept, Joseph Albers’ principles—the interaction of color, geometry, and visual perception—are reinterpreted through object design. Instead of a temporary exhibition space, there is a collection of objects for daily life, where artistic experimentation becomes part of contemporary interior design.
NEW IDENTITY — FORM & COLOR

The FORM & COLOR logo is built upon a combination of fine lines, elongated letter proportions, and negative space. Its minimalist typography renders it light and expressive, while the deep burgundy hue paired with cream evokes a sense of restrained luxury. The absence of extraneous symbols allows the viewer to focus entirely on the brand name, preserving the composition’s purity and elegance.
Color Palette
The color palette for FORM & COLOR was selected using Adobe Color, based on the deep burgundy shade of the signature logo.
Font

The WhatTheFont service offered the Leony Regular font based on the FORM & COLOR logo.
