I have lived in St. Petersburg since childhood, and for me, this city is more than just postcards. Of course, I know the palaces and the bridges, but the soul of the city resides elsewhere for me. It lives in the peeling brickwork, in the churches, in the tailor shop signs that have hung here longer than I can remember.
