Design project for a 78 sq. meter two-bedroom apartment tailored for a middle-aged art dealer.
Client Description
He is energetic, sociable, self-assured, possessing a refined artistic taste and a deep love for art. He is involved in discovering art objects by promising artists, presenting and selling artifacts, and providing expert appraisals of artworks.
In his free time, he attends gastronomic events, wine tastings, private gallery viewings, collects vinyl, and watches independent films.
Project Goals and Objectives
Create a functional, inspiring space that reflects the protagonist’s status, professional life, and lifestyle.
Special objectives:
Design a semi-open living area capable of hosting guests and colleagues, incorporating elements of Mid-Century Modern style.
Allocate space within the living area or a separate office for viewing and preliminary evaluation of artwork (requiring excellent daylight, high-quality artificial lighting, and object storage).
Establish comfortable conditions suitable for both relaxation and work.
