A Miniature Dwelling

The core concept of the project is to create a compact, functional, and modern living space where every square meter is used with maximum efficiency. The usable roof becomes an important extension of the home, integrating functions for sports, recreation, and socializing, while the architectural language of Constructivism gives the building a distinctive and recognizable character. The project merges ideas from Constructivism, functionalism, and contemporary residential architecture. The house transforms from merely a place of residence into a multifunctional «living unit, ” where the architecture responds to the needs of daily life, leisure, sport, and community.
