In this project, I served as the videographer, editor, and interviewer. I filmed all the video footage, and the interview overlaid on top is my conversation with the chef, which was recorded separately.
An interview with Anton Isakov is superimposed as a voiceover on a video report from the Chef’s Camp 2026 countryside gastronomic event. The footage was shot using live camera techniques to immerse the viewer in the atmosphere of rural gastronomic projects, in which the featured personality often participates. In the interview, Anton discusses current gastronomic trends—specifically, how restaurant cuisine is evolving and the importance and prospects of product research.
