«Faith and Everyday Life»
This photo project explores the intersection of various cultures, religious traditions, and daily life within the contemporary urban landscape. Against the backdrop of city hustle, it reveals the coexistence of diverse denominations and expressions of faith. In my project, the profile of an individual or a casual detail of urban infrastructure becomes part of a larger narrative about religion, blurring the line between the spiritual and the secular.
The project encourages contemplation of the city as an indivisible, unified space where different ways of experiencing and expressing faith coexist. It addresses the theme of Russia’s multi-confessionalism, demonstrating how religious diversity manifests in everyday life.
