Don’t show the crisis directly
The usual aesthetic is starting to glitch. Behind the beautiful images, contradictory feelings appear—my painful experiences, yet another attempt to piece together my own identity from individual works and thoughts. Everything looks appealing, but to me, it is hopelessly grim.About the Project
Этот проект попытка исследовать собственный внутренний мир через фотографию и визуальную культуру
I am preoccupied with how the personal perception of beauty connects to self-perception, the everyday, and my mental state.I am compiling a collection of images, objects, spaces, and situations—brands, people, and photographs—that evoke some kind of emotional response or even a certain impulse in me. These might include self-portraits, which I am too shy to take; fragments of interiors I sometimes wish to avoid; random details that make a day special; objects, memories, and visual associations that cause my brain chemistry to react from time to time. All of this together forms a personal archive—a subjective picture of the world where my «outside» becomes a way of articulating what is difficult to put into words, and my «inside» serves as the resource for those words.

Method
Photography will naturally serve as the primary research tool. I want to explore self-portraiture, fashion photography, share daily observations, still-life imagery, the light achieved through film photography, favorite colors, and chance compositions. The selection and juxtaposition of images will play a crucial role—paired shots will gradually form a personal visual diary.

Catharsis
A photobook allows disparate images to coalesce into a unified system, where meaning arises not only within the photographs and myself, but also between the images, texts, and visual pairings.
