Surabaya City Merch is a project dedicated to creating a modern souvenir identity for Surabaya, inspired by its cultural heritage and the symbols of the Surabaya Shark and the Bai Crocodile. The visual system is built upon an original logo, contrasting color palettes, and repeating patterns that unify apparel, accessories, children’s goods, stationery, and promotional materials. The project transforms the city’s recognizable symbols into contemporary design, preserving a connection to local identity while forging a cohesive visual image of Surabaya.
