In this series, I utilize vibrant and high-contrast colors to subvert the stereotype of perceiving an empty chair. A solitary chair can evoke a sense of abandonment, suggesting that a person must be nearby. However, thanks to the saturated colors, the chairs cease to be objects waiting for someone’s presence. Instead, they become autonomous characters who do not require a companion.
