Article on «Slow Media»

The goal of this work was to explore the phenomenon of «slow media» and its relevance in an environment saturated with information. Within this article, I analyzed my personal user experience related to accumulating unprocessed content (saved videos and articles). The text is structured as an author’s column incorporating analytical elements: from posing the problem of endless scrolling and fatigue from the fast pace of information consumption to unveiling the concept of «slow media.» The work details the distinctions between «slow» content and short formats, further arguing the thesis that the key factor is not the duration of the material, but its depth and thoughtfulness.
