The statuette symbolizes an individual who self-creates their journey and achievements by leveraging the knowledge and experience gained at the university. The abstract figure is in the process of forming a transparent «30”—the central symbol of the award, which unites the 30th anniversary of HSE University in Nizhny Novgorod and the 30 laureates recognized for their accomplishments. The rainbow burst appearing during this creation captures the energy, ideas, and diversity of the graduates' achievements, each forging their own trajectory of success.
