Botanical Calendar — A Guide to Marsh Plants
The calendar celebrates the diversity of bog plants. The project was inspired by the natural landscapes of Karelia, where water, forest, and bog vegetation converge.

The project’s idea is to showcase the diversity of wetland flora and draw attention to plants that often go unnoticed.

The calendar is designed for 53 weeks. Each week is dedicated to one plant and includes its image and seven short facts.
The calendar concept is built around a weekly background color shift. The shades gradually transition from cool winter tones to fresh spring, saturated summer, and muted autumn palettes. Each week receives its own color mood, and the entire year coalesces into a unified palette that reflects the rhythm of nature and the changing seasons.
Print-ready files for the calendar have been uploaded to Temp: the «Trubacheva Eva» folder, and inside is the zipped InDesign project.
