At its core are distorted childhood memories: objects and places that once seemed ordinary and safe, but in adult perception become strange and slightly unsettling. Dreamcore adds a sense of sleep and unreality—blurred photographs, overexposure, unnatural scale, soft colors, strange combinations of objects, and the feeling of «I’ve seen this somewhere before.» The Backrooms introduce human-less space: empty corridors, infinite rooms, school buildings, play areas, stairwells, and other locations that feel familiar yet seem to exist outside of normal reality.
