Concept
The hairpin is designed as an object that continues the architectural concept of the project, which is based on the image of an archway portal. If the arch functions as a symbol of transition between nature and interior space in architecture, this motif is reinterpreted in the scale of object design for the accessory. The hairpin’s form is characterized by a clean geometry and minimalism, echoing the principles established in the building’s architecture. The four prongs are executed as smooth arched cutouts, referencing the rhythm of the facade openings. The rounded transitions and the absence of decorative elements emphasize the purity of the form and focus on proportion.
