The project «Silkworms» is a series of illustrations for an alphabet book, accompanied by a themed collection of objects in a matching style.

The illustrations are dedicated to the process of making Chinese silk: they depict silkworms engaged in weaving threads and fabric, ironing, dyeing, and embroidering it.
The alphabet book plays on the visual similarity between certain Chinese characters and Cyrillic letters.
