SECOND SKIN

The «Second Skin» Project
— is a jeweled glove that mimics a «tattoo.» It is worn on the hand, and the precious stones create the illusion that the design is directly on the skin. The idea is to merge the tattoo—which is usually perceived as a permanent mark—with a piece of jewelry that can be removed and replaced. The monochromatic palette reinterprets the aesthetics of a black tattoo, transforming its motifs into a jeweled ornament.
