GROWTH is an independent digital product by Rodion Provodin for personal planning and team collaboration. It unites goals and tasks, communication, projects, documents, and an AI assistant within a single environment. The product is evolving into a super-app for daily work and personal scenarios. The design challenge is to maintain a clear interface organization despite the vast number of capabilities: segmenting contexts, grouping tools around a project, and helping users transition from concept to action.

ONE PERSON — DIFFERENT CONTEXTS Personal space and team spaces separate private tasks from collaborative work. Navigation accounts for the selected context and user permissions. Within a project, participants, descriptions, files, and documents are gathered, providing access to chat, video calls, and the AI assistant.
FROM GOAL TO ACTION Goals, objectives, and sub-tasks form a hierarchy. The same data can be viewed as a Kanban board, a list, a calendar, a Gantt chart, or a goal map. The user selects the visualization that matches their preferred planning method.
A draft task, carrying over the text, can be opened from a message. The user refines the working conditions, assigns a responsible party and a deadline, and then confirms the task creation.
AI WITH HUMAN OVERSIGHT Personal memory, space memory, knowledge base, and source viewing assist in managing information. A generated document can be reviewed and edited before saving. The AI helps prepare the outcome, but the human decides whether to use it.
INTERFACE BY TASK AND DEVICE The homepage gathers metrics, a calendar, and functional widgets. Users can customize their composition and layout. On mobile, tasks are presented as cards, the messenger is divided into sequential full-screen views, and main sections are placed in the bottom navigation.

RESULTS AND DEVELOPMENT
GROWTH exists as a functional web product featuring a core for personal planning, communication, and project management. Developing it into a super-app means gradually expanding workflows and personal scenarios while maintaining clear navigation and user control. The cover uses the original mascot, Rostik. Illustrations of the spaces and task creation are recreated based on the current interface and display sample data. Specific user capabilities depend on the role, the space, and the settings.Product Author: Rodion Provodin.
