Review of the music album «Pictures» nyan.mp3

For the review, I chose a rather popular performer on the social media platform TikTok—nyan.mp3. The artist creates musical pieces in the hyperpop genre and has achieved considerable success in this field (several hundred thousand views on their YouTube channel, over 500,000 monthly streams on Yandex Music). Furthermore, the artist maintains anonymity, remaining behind the persona of a virtual character, which sparks interest in their identity. The musical works themselves are infused with subtext and a distinct aesthetic, which is why I decided to focus on their work.
For this review, I selected the latest album, which was released in June 2026.
