«Project School» is a comprehensive set of project management activities for students of GK POU «LOKKiI». The project provides practical experience, focusing on assisting with project creation, realizing personal creative ideas, and providing support from the concept stage through final completion. Students in the Project School learn in a practice-oriented format, participating in team projects across eight educational workshops led by experienced mentors and Federal-level experts. The goal of implementing this targeted mentorship model is to fully unlock the potential of the mentored individual—a necessity for successful personal and professional self-realization in today’s rapidly changing market conditions.
Project Goal: To increase student motivation for project-based work and to develop a mentoring system for social design among 25 full-time students aged 15 to 20 at GBOI «LOKKII» through enrollment in the LOKKII Project School from February to March 2024.
Problem:
A modern secondary school graduate must not only possess specialized knowledge, skills, and competencies but also feel the drive for achievement and success—knowing that they will be in demand in the labor market. Therefore, students need to be instilled with an interest in knowledge acquisition, independent activity, and continuous self-education. To achieve these goals, they must possess motivation for learning, learning new things, and project-based activities. It is not enough to interest a student in a subject; we must also show them opportunities for the practical application of that knowledge, which is what project-based learning provides. Motivation is the most effective way to improve the learning process for students. Motivations are the driving forces of the learning and material assimilation process. Motivation for learning is a complex and multifaceted process of changing an individual’s attitude, both toward a specific subject of study and toward the entire educational process.
In 2024, I became the project manager for the «Project School» and secured a grant from Rosmolodezh. As part of this project, I developed the media support strategy for the «Project School,» including a content plan for publishing posts on the official group of the center for social and cultural design—the basis for the project—as well as on the official channels of the partners. The partners included the СПбGIK Career Center, the СПбGIK Trade Union, GB POU «LOKKiI,» and the Leningrad Region Resource and Volunteer Center (RDC 47).
Together with the project designer, I developed the logo, announcement and publication designs for social media, letters of appreciation, and participant certificates, as well as mockups of the project’s branded merchandise.

I have attached the content plan and the report on the implementation of media coverage for the project via this Yandex.Disk link: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/TA-WN9r_hHfToA
Based on the project’s outcomes, comprehensive analytics were conducted, confirming the effectiveness of the educational approach and that the project achieved all its intended goals.
