At the heart of the tapestry is a pattern I photographed on the floor during a trip to India. I was drawn to the combination of vibrant colors, diverse shapes, and myriad details that create a rich visual composition. In this work, I intended to convey my impressions of the Indian environment, where different colors, ornaments, and visual elements coexist side by side. Translating the pattern into textile allowed me to transform a fragment of everyday life into a standalone object.
