The scarf was created for the «Ministry of Atmospheric Distribution» project—a global innovative organization dedicated to modeling natural disasters within the concept of cosmic balance, as well as redistributing air masses from prestigious areas to low socioeconomic status zones.

The scarf visualizes the global system for air mass management. Its graphic composition is based on the Ministry’s corporate constants: modular circles, chaotically placed elements, and directional arrows. The repeating geometric modules form a likeness of cloud structures, symbolizing the accumulation and concentration of atmospheric masses. Circles of varying sizes create a sense of instability and continuous transformation of the natural environment, while the thin lines and arrows denote the movement and redistribution of air currents.
