The goal of creating these posters is to preserve the historical memory of the Soviet people’s heroic deeds, acknowledge tragic events, and honor the memory of those who perished.

The main idea is to depict the flip side of those events—to remind the viewer what the Soviet people lost during the Great Patriotic War, what they sacrificed, and what they gave up for victory and peace.
Each poster features a dove of peace—one of the most recognizable symbols of world peace, hope, and good news.

The images within the silhouette of the dove of peace evoke the enormous losses and irreplaceable tragedies borne by the people. They are a reminder of millions who perished, shattered lives, and families who lost loved ones and their sense of peace.
Each poster was created using actual photographs sourced from official websites, alongside the application of artificial intelligence.

Black and white photographs—real shots from that era. The quality of some of the images was enhanced using artificial intelligence. Additionally, an image of a dove of peace silhouette was generated. This image illustrates the sacrifices made by the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War.
These posters help pass on the memory of the Great Patriotic War tragedy to future generations, ensuring that the heroes' feats, the pain of loss, and the cost of the Great Victory are never forgotten.
