The poster is dedicated to the film «World Champion» and is executed in the Bauhaus style.
The film’s color palette harmonized perfectly with the signature colors of the specialization, so I decided to build the visual concept around this combination.
About the Project
Chess was the central element of the poster—not ordinary chess, but a version developed in the Bauhaus, where the pieces feature simple geometric forms. Through these pieces, I connected the aesthetic of the discipline with the film’s narrative. The poster features images of the main characters: Viktor Korchnoi and Anatoly Karpov.
