Petri ashtray — a glass ashtray featuring colorful blooms and a mosquito engraving, inspired by a Petri dish.
Petri ashtray adopts the most compelling aspects of a Petri dish: bacteria and viruses that are grown and studied. Droplets of clear glass depict microorganisms, and the colors and shapes allude to medicine.
The medical aspect of the ashtray is drawn from the game Insectio, where the protagonist creates a vaccine against an unknown virus.
