Cozy hotel
The cozy «Issad» Hotel is located in a picturesque spot in an old Russian village in the Volkhovsky District. Its close proximity to Old Ladoga draws guests from all over the world, as this ancient settlement is considered the first capital of Northern Rus'.
The stunning Russian character, picturesque nature, unique architectural ensembles, and ancient monasteries inspired the creators to design hotel interiors that are fairytale-like, charming, and truly soulful.
The hotel concept envisions creating a secluded space for finding tranquility and inner harmony. Here, you can escape the noise of sprawling metropolises, immerse yourself in the national character, admire the beauty of Russian nature, and fall in love with the motifs of Russian fairy tales.
The project was awarded at the 4th International Golden Trezzini Competition for Architects and Designers.
