The project focuses on researching the design and construction of the full-size Nothing Headphone (1). During the process, we analyzed the features of the shaping, geometry, and material combinations of the device. The result of the research is a detailed 3D model of the headphones, complete with worked-out structural elements, textures, and final visualizations.
The object’s appeal lies in its unconventional visual design for a familiar, monolithic headphone housing, as well as its blend of functionality and ergonomics that accounts for human anatomy. The project’s goal is to analyze the structure of the Nothing Headphone (1), investigate the logic behind its form, the interconnection of its individual parts, and the characteristics of the materials used, in order to recreate the external structure of the headphones using a 3D model based on this analysis.
