Concept
THE MEDIUM: explores the phenomenon of nostalgia for eras that contemporary individuals have never personally experienced—things they have never lived through.Primary Subject of Study: We collect visual and cultural artifacts from the past—photographs, objects, music, advertising, interfaces, fashion, and film—and investigate why they evoke a sense of familiar nostalgia in people who do not personally remember that time.Goal: To illustrate how the image of the past is formed and why we might mourn not our own memories, but rather the cultural construction of an era.The concept from the 1st Project remains unchanged.
Semester Thematic Plan
The plan is set for the period from November to April. Each month is dedicated to a specific theme, and the publications alternate between visual materials, research, comparisons, and audience interaction.

Frequency: Three publications per week. This amounts to roughly 12–13 publications per month, or about 75 over six months. Surveys, discussions, and collection of user stories supplement the main content.
