Five Songs About Things Hard to Say Out Loud.
Behind the mask — Miora
MIORA—a virtual artist with Russian and Japanese roots. She is 18 years old: she lived in Russia until the end of the eighth grade, then moved to Tokyo with her parents. From childhood, she learned to play the balalaika. In Japan, she mastered the bass, electric guitar, and keyboards. Quiet and observant in her daily life, she allows herself to express her feelings openly in music. Her songs are sung in Japanese, Russian, and English.

Every emotion has its own face
In the world of Miora, there exists the Listener—a mysterious being that gives her masks imbued with unvoiced emotions. By wearing them, she experiences a new state and transforms it into a song. After a performance, what was experienced remains with her. Gradually, Miora learns to distinguish others' emotions from her own voice—and to decide for herself when to put on the next mask.
