The project consists of a series of pointillist portraits of contemporary composers who have scored world-renowned and beloved films and television series. The project is based on the images of creators whose soundtracks have become an integral part of the cultural code of a generation: Hans Zimmer («Gladiator, ” „Pirates of the Caribbean“), Howard Shore („The Lord of the Rings“), and others.

The entire series
Pointillism conveys the composer’s creative process: individual dots symbolize notes, themes, and musical fragments that coalesce into a complete melody. The multifaceted nature of the artists is reflected in the image’s complexity and richness—each dot carries the experiences, emotions, and feelings embedded within the music. The portrait becomes a visual embodiment of the musical universe into which the listener is immersed: recognizable sound emerges from disparate elements, guiding the viewer through a world of images and associations created by the composer.
