Hello! My name is Maria Turchina.
I handle branding and marketing for fashion. Basically, I help brands build their image and get it in front of audiences across various platforms—websites, photoshoots, and exhibition stands. I enjoy leading a project from the initial concept all the way through to the launch, ensuring the entire team stays synchronized.

Story 01. Bogdan Grebenyuk
How a brand DNA became a real space

Original size 1776x1200
The Challenge
Bogdan Grebenyuk is a fashion brand with a bold character. For the HSE Art and Design School, the brand needed a pop-up stand—a space where people could experience that character firsthand.
Original size 1776x1200
My Role
We worked as a team and divided the tasks equally. I handled the brand DNA analysis and the printed collateral for the booth: the badges and the poster.
Original size 1776x1200
The Concept
First, we closely examined the brand DNA—colors, shapes, materials, and mood. We then used these codes as the language for the exhibit booth.
What We Made
A pop-up booth for the festival, built in the brand’s colors, complete with a poster and branded badges for visitors. People could stop by, examine the apparel, and take a small piece of the brand home.
The booth was constructed for the festival and presented as our course project.
Story 02. Noyan
Armenian Culture in Modern Jewelry
Original size 1776x1200
The Challenge
Noyan is a jewelry brand rooted in the cultural heritage of Armenia. Our goal was to make it feel fresh and modern while still honoring the spirit of the country.
Original size 1776x1200
My Contribution
Teamwork with equal roles. I was responsible for the visual direction.
Original size 1776x1200
The Concept
Our research began with Armenian ornaments, modernist architecture, and national symbols. From that exploration, we discovered the brand’s core image: strict modern forms interwoven with a clear connection to Armenian culture.
What We Created
A brand name, a visual identity, a jewelry collection, and packaging. The collection draws forms from Armenian modernist architecture, and the packaging continues that same visual language.
We also designed the Zvartnots box for the brand.
Story 03. EVIBAR
Two projects, one skincare brand
Original size 1776x1200
The Challenge
EVIDENT and DERMABAR were two separate projects. Our task was to unify them into a single skincare brand with a cohesive platform.
My Contribution
I served as the process director. I planned every step, managed deadlines, and ensured the team maintained a unified direction. I also designed the brand website from the ground up.
Original size 1776x1200
The Concept
EVIBAR is a hybrid skincare brand. It merges an online AI skin diagnostic tool with in-person consultation spaces. The concept is encapsulated in the slogan: the precision of science, the lightness of touch.
