I conducted an interview with the director of the Magnitogorsk School of Contemporary Choreography «New Wave, ” along with three students, while gathering material for a project focused on the world of dance. The goal of the interviews was to explore the phenomenon of regional dance troupes: what challenges they face, what helps them compete with metropolitan schools, and what sets them apart from others.
