Креативное руководство и работа с дизайн-командой
This course focuses on mastering the principles of creative team management, designing process planning, task distribution, and ensuring project quality control.
What This Course Is About

Creative direction is the work at the intersection of visual thinking, communication, process organization, and team management. It requires the ability to frame creative challenges, define project direction, coordinate specialist work, and maintain the integrity of the visual solution throughout the realization process. This course introduces students to the core principles of creative leadership and managing creative processes within design studios, agencies, cultural institutions, and in-house design teams.
The training is aimed at developing the professional skills necessary to transition from individual design practice to coordinating a creative team and managing complex visual projects. The final outcome will be a developed system for organizing the creative process for a chosen design project—from defining the brief and assigning roles to quality control, feedback, and presenting the final result.
