Tabletop card game based on the Japanese legend of the ghost player
One Japanese legend tells of a time when playing cards late at night with strangers could accidentally invite beings from the spirit world to the table. One player takes on the role of a local resident, and the other plays as a Yokai spirit.
Number of players — 2 or 4Each player receives:
• 4 cards
• a token cup
• 10 starting tokensPlayers take turns clockwise
The Resident and the Yokai use decks of different colors. The cards feature different symbols: numbers and icons.
• Use attack cards to take tokens, and healing cards to block attacks.• Roll the die! If by the end of the round no one has rolled a number lower than yours, you take an event card and receive 2 bonus tokens.• Don’t forget to draw 2 cards from your color deck at the end of the round.
