Concept
A porcelain lamp inspired by the softness and tenderness of the pen and contrast with the hardness and callability of the material. Collected from auspicious feathers, it creates an atmosphere of comfort and peace, as if it were wrapped in a soft, warm cocoon.
This project explores the dialogue between the handmade object and the natural form. It is based on the aesthetic aesthetics of forest finds — the cocoons of butterfly clatters, the deserted hornet nests and the light bird feathers, which have similar properties of fragility and ease.
The idea of the project is based on contrast: shape, weightless and fragile, emits warm light from the inside. When turned on, the matte whiteness of the porcelain softens and the material starts to glow.
