Meetup Club Career Navigator for Students
PROBLEM
HSE students—particularly those in the Faculty of Creative Industries, as well as Design and Business—face career uncertainty.
The university provides theory and knowledge, but lacks real-world examples:
— what the actual path from the classroom to a profession looks like;
— what mistakes happen early in a career;
— how to apply the knowledge gained at the university in practice;
Students are missing quality career navigation that shows them a career can be built in various ways.

Ninety-two percent of the surveyed potential audience are students from the Creative Industries Faculty, confirming the concentration of demand within this environment.
SOLUTION
How the project addresses the issue:
We invite practitioners from creative industries—entrepreneurs, media managers, designers, bloggers, producers—and encourage them to speak not about their achievements, but about their journey: their mistakes, doubts, and unexpected turns.
The format is one of a «peer-to-peer» trusting dialogue: the guest is not an unattainable lecturer, but a mentor who openly shares their experience.
The student doesn’t just receive information; they emotionally internalize it—and based on that, map out their own development trajectory.
